Artist Statement
After years of working in the retail field, I find that I enjoy being alone in my studio turning my
vision into a reality. I’ve painted professionally for seven years and happy to admit that I’ve
never met a medium I didn’t like – although, I’m a bit impatient for oils.
My inspiration often comes from nature as well as everyday life – something I’ve seen, heard, or
experienced – with a touch of whimsy.
