Lavender is an aromatic purple flowering perennial, isn’t just for looking pretty in your garden or kitchen window. While known to scent soaps and candles, or as used in dried flower arrangements or simply use for potpourri. Our Lavender Flower buds aren’t for decorations or hand washes. It adds a refreshing floral flavor with earthy hints of pepper and smokey or woodsy undertones to your food and beverage recipes.
Lavender Flowers impart a delicate flavor to vinaigrette salad dressings and light marinades. It is commonly used as an ingredient in Westernized Herbs de Provence seasoning blend. It is delicious rubbed on fowl before roasting. Sprinkle lavender over frosted sugar cookies or buttercream iced white cakes for a sophisticated touch. You can also use it as a substitute for rosemary and make a lavender tea. Lavender adds an excellent flavor and a nice color pop to your recipes.

This is a culinary grade lavender but can be used in soap making, body scrub and more!
